Millane Nurseries Inc — Establishment at 604 Main Street, Cromwell, Connecticut.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Went to the retail store on Sunday to purchase a dogwood tree- was ready to buy that day.... when we walked into the store- i asked the male sales associate where i could find the kousa dogwoods- his reply "with the trees"... okay- so i walked out to the trees and found the dogwoods myself- picked one out and walked back into the store to pay and set up delivery time... the male associate was out by a car talking to someone.. the female was helping assist other customers. I waited for 30 minutes- no one offered to help. There were people all over the nursery- no one was being helped- and the male associate did not care AT ALL! As we were leaving, he did not even look at us- truly ridiculous....

I will NEVER do business with Millane EVER AGAIN....
